I've been meaning to have a Birthday Club for the longest time! Finally the time has come - introducing a great way to get beautiful annual portraits for your children at a great price.
Every month I will announce a birthday portrait day and location. If your child has a birthday that month, he or she can come for a portrait mini-session with no session fee. How fun is that? I'll do a variety of locations throughout the year, inside & out, maybe even some theme days.
Starting in April - my first Birthday Portrait Party will be April 13th. I will have some morning timeslots and some in the afternoon/early evening. Just contact me if you're interested! And I'd love it if you pass this info on to your friends! I will do a referral "extra" :) - just have them let me know that you sent them to me!

It's springtime! - {Albuquerque child photography}
I love spring! Sometimes it is tough in Albuquerque, with our awful spring winds, but when it's nice out it's so heavenly! Today my daughter and I had some fun in our garden.
Sometimes it's so fun to be good at photoshop. My daughter was thrilled to be shrunk down to the size of a flower fairy. :)

Studio senior photography
I was so happy to meet this senior & some of his family. He is from Gallup and I have to say, it's so flattering when I have seniors or families drive out for photography from another city. He and his family wanted to stick with studio photography, and it was actually an awful day out, so I was happy with that too.
One of the things I love about senior photography is getting to hear their goals & plans. He is hoping to attend school in Boston and is an amazing musician. I l.o.v.e. it when seniors bring instruments. Love. (Be forewarned, I always make you play. Makes for the most natural pictures. And it's like a bonus for me.)
I love my ring light.
The wind took a momentary break, maybe? Somehow it must have seemed worth going outside :) - I'm glad we did because I love how these turned out. There is not much in my yard that I can use right now, but the architecture totally worked.
I really enjoyed not only the music but also the company :) - it was great to get to know him and his family a little bit. Thanks so much for coming & best wishes!
