Bosque Saturday preview VII

This fabulous family's oldest is away at college, so we didn't do a family picture, just smaller groups & individuals. What beautiful girls & handsome boys! The boys are the best lizard-catchers I've ever seen - I think they caught at least 4 lizards while I was there. I don't think I would have even noticed 4 lizards, let alone been able to catch them. I'm going to need to send my little boy over for lessons. (NOT that I want lizards in the house!)

The older daughter was also homecoming queen the same weekend, so you know it's not photographer's exaggeration that she's beautiful :) - and a great babysitter too, just ask my kids. (Both daughters!)

Another favorite family - it's so fun to see the children grow! Their little one is not much younger than mine, & they are both growing so fast! I'm so lucky to have such nice & photogenic friends. :)

I have taken this family's pictures a few times - every year the girls get more beautiful! This year their little boy was SO darling too. (He was tiny last year - sweet but much more interactive this year.) He has some of the biggest, happiest smiles of any baby I've photographed in awhile. You guys look great! There are so many good ones that it's going to be awhile longer before the CD is done... sorry :)

Bosque Saturday morning preview II

I hope nobody is tired of Bosque pictures! There are still LOTS of sessions to come. I'm not even going to count them all. I hope I'm not posting too many - I know I'm doing kind of a lot, but it's to make up for not posting the whole session for at least another week.

This family is awesome! I know picture morning was a little stressful, especially with a 9:00 am appointment (sorry - the day was packed!). But the pictures turned out so great! I love the colors! This is a great example of having not matching colored shirts but solid colors that look great together.

The baby is the same age as my little girl (okay they're really not babies, I have to keep telling that to myself) and it totally cracked me up that every time his brother would lean in close to hug him for a picture, he would smack him away. My little girl is mellow in general, but often I hear "NO! MINE!" (whack) in a little sqeaky voice. Anyway it's funny to see the same thing in another family.
