One of the best things about my job is spending time with people like this amazing senior! I love senior portraits all the time - it's so interesting to get to meet a variety of seniors, with lots of different interests and passions. This girl is especially passionate about ballet. We spent a few hours on the town, armed with lots of pose ideas, several outfits, and naturally I carried around a ton of equipment. Had a few little mishaps (like forgetting my wallet while trying to buy water and snacks, but drinking the water in the store before realizing this) and got pretty hot and tired, also being eaten alive by mosquitoes at one point, but it was all worth it!
I always recommend that seniors highlight their interests in senior portraits - this time we really focused on ballet (she has another session coming with a different theme). It doesn't have to be this big of a deal, but I love to include your car, your dog, sports equipment, books, instruments, or whatever is meaningful to you. If you're interested in learning about my senior sessions, you can give me a call and we can talk about it! (No pressure, it's not my style.) I have more information about my senior graduation photography here, or if you like the locations we used for her senior portraits, you can see these and many more ideas here.
