Military reunion session - wow!

This was such an amazing experience - a reunion between a serviceman who had been deployed and his family. He hadn't seen his family in 9 months, and had a new baby he'd not yet met. I was practically in tears on the sidelines with my camera :).

This session was provided as a service through Operation Love - if you are or know a military family who is being deployed or coming home, please see their website for more information. Or just email me :) - I loved this one (my first) and I'd love to do more.

  3. This is one of the reasons I want to get better at photography! Incredible! I love the picture of the couple looking at each other. I cannot imagine what these families go through. I thank them for their service and you for documenting the reunion. Awesome!
